Health Disclaimer — Please Read. Dry Shot products contain kava (Piper methysticum), a botanical ingredient with naturally occurring kavalactones. Our products are sold as dietary supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

Before using any Dry Shot product, please note the following:

Do not use if you are pregnant, nursing, or under 18 years of age.
Do not use if you have liver disease, liver conditions, or a history of liver problems.
Do not use in combination with alcohol. Concurrent use of kava and alcohol may increase the risk of adverse effects on the liver.
Do not use if you are taking prescription medications, particularly those that are metabolized by the liver, without first consulting your healthcare provider.
Discontinue use and seek medical attention immediately if you experience symptoms of liver injury, including nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, unusual fatigue, loss of appetite, light-colored stools, dark urine, or yellowing of the eyes or skin.
Do not operate a vehicle or heavy machinery if you feel impaired after consuming kava.

The FDA issued a consumer advisory in 2002 regarding a potential risk of liver injury from kava-containing dietary supplements. While subsequent research has indicated that noble-variety kava consumed in aqueous preparations poses a low risk when used as directed, we believe our consumers are entitled to full and transparent information about any potential risks. Individual results vary.

At Dry Shot, we stand behind every product we make. If you are not completely satisfied with any Dry Shot product purchased from dryshot.com or an authorized Dry Shot seller — whether opened, tried, or finished — contact us within 30 days of purchase. We will send you a replacement, swap you to a different flavor, or issue a full refund. No return shipping required.

This Guarantee applies to original consumer purchasers only. It does not apply to products purchased from unauthorized sellers or to wholesale orders. Dry Shot reserves the right to verify information, require proof of purchase, and to deny requests in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.

The Dry Shot mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Dry Shot LLC ("Dry Shot," "we," or "us"). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these Mobile Terms. We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Dry Shot's SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Dry Shot through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, launch notifications). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, giveaways, product launches, and other marketing offers.

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Dry Shot. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
