Shipping Policy
Where We Ship
Dry Shot ships to all 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia. We do not currently offer international shipping. This policy will be updated if international shipping becomes available.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on federal holidays are processed the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a separate shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been picked up by the carrier. If you do not see these emails in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarders at this time.
Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times
All orders ship from Coral Springs, FL. Delivery estimates are business days and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather events, and peak-season volumes may extend delivery times. Dry Shot is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the order has been handed off and tracking has been activated.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method. Rates are displayed in full before you complete your purchase — there are no hidden shipping fees.
Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $50. This threshold will be set at launch and displayed at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. You can also track your order directly at dryshot.com using your order number and the email address used at checkout.
If your tracking information has not updated within 48 hours of your shipping confirmation email, contact us at info@dryshot.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
Delivery Issues
Package marked delivered but not received. If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please first check with neighbors, building management, or any other household members who may have received it on your behalf. If the package still cannot be located, contact us at info@dryshot.com within 5 business days of the marked delivery date and we will open a carrier investigation. We are unable to file a claim or issue a replacement for packages reported missing more than 5 business days after the marked delivery date.
Package lost in transit. If your tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days after your shipping confirmation email and the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will reship your order at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice.
Package damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, contact us at info@dryshot.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damaged packaging and product. We will send a replacement immediately. You do not need to return the damaged item.
Incorrect address. Please review your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. Dry Shot is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping address immediately after placing your order, contact us at info@dryshot.com within 2 hours and we will attempt to intercept the shipment before it leaves our facility. After shipment, address corrections are not guaranteed and may result in additional carrier fees.
Refused and Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused at delivery or returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment charges may apply. If you choose not to have the order reshipped, we will issue a refund for the product cost only — original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Subscription Orders
Subscription orders follow the same processing and shipping timelines as standard orders. You will receive a shipping confirmation email for each subscription shipment. Subscription shipment dates are displayed in your account and can be managed at any time through your account portal.
