Dry Shot 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
At Dry Shot, we stand behind every product we make. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a Dry Shot product purchased from dryshot.com or one of our authorized sellers in the United States — whether you've opened it, tried it, or finished it — we will make it right. We will send you a replacement product, let you try a different flavor, or provide a full refund. Your call.
We exist to introduce people to a new kind of kava experience. If that experience didn't land the way we intended, we want to know about it and we want to fix it.
Guarantee requests must be made within 30 days of your original purchase date. This Guarantee applies to original consumer purchasers in the United States only and is limited to purchases made directly at dryshot.com or from an authorized Dry Shot retailer. Because we cannot control product quality, handling, or storage at unauthorized sellers, this Guarantee does not apply to products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers or unauthorized internet sites.
How to Claim the Guarantee
Email us at info@dryshot.com with the subject line "Satisfaction Guarantee" and include:
- Your name
- Your order number (if purchased at dryshot.com)
- The product and flavor you're returning or requesting a replacement for
- A brief description of your experience — what didn't work, what tasted off, what you'd like instead
That's it. We don't require you to ship the product back. We don't require photos of an opened package. We trust you.
Once we receive your request, we will respond within 1 business day with your options: a full refund to your original payment method, a replacement of the same product, or a swap to a different flavor or SKU.
Guarantee Guidelines
Dry Shot reserves the right to verify information, require proof of purchase, and to decline Guarantee requests in cases of suspected fraud or abuse. We reserve the right to amend or discontinue this Guarantee at any time without notice.
This Guarantee applies to original consumer purchasers only and does not apply to wholesale orders. For wholesale concerns, contact info@dryshot.com with the subject line "Wholesale Inquiry."
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product or flavor, contact us at info@dryshot.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage or incorrect item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately. You do not need to return damaged or incorrect items.
Items Excluded from the Guarantee
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
- Wholesale orders
- Requests made more than 30 days after the original purchase date
